What file formats do you accept for artwork?
Vector files are preferred: AI, EPS, PDF. High-resolution PNG/JPG (300 dpi) also accepted.

Can I cancel or return my order?
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or returned. Please review and approve designs carefully.
