Terms & Conditions

1. Order Confirmation

• Production will only begin once advance payment has been received and final designs are submitted and approved in writing by the client.

2. Order Cancellation & Returns

• Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or returned under any circumstances.

3. Color Variations

• A color variation of up to 5% may occur due to differences in screen displays, materials, and printing processes. Such variations are industry standard and are not considered a defect.

4. Design Responsibility

• The client is solely responsible for verifying all design content, including text, layout, images, and graphics, prior to final approval.

• Printava Advertising Requisites Trading LLC is not liable for any errors or omissions once the client has approved the design.

5. Delays & External Factors

• Printava is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier or logistics issues

  • Public holidays

  • Raw material shortages

  • Customs clearance for international shipments

6. Order Collection & Storage

• Completed orders must be collected or accepted for delivery within 7 days of notification.

• Unclaimed orders may incur storage fees or, after a reasonable period, be discarded without liability.

7. Technical Issues

• While Printava uses professional equipment and processes, delays may occur due to unforeseen technical problems (e.g., machine breakdowns, software errors, power outages).

• In such cases, clients will be informed promptly. However, Printava is not liable for losses resulting from these delays.
